OUR HISTORY
Warm Hands Kind Hearts Home Health Care was started in 1998 as a small company striving to bring quality health care into the home.
In 8 years, we have met the needs of many clients, but just as importantly, we've established a working family of employees. Our objective is to carefully screen and match employees with clients, to ensure continuity and consistency of care. We believe this is one of the most important factors in delivering high quality care. Our clients are the reason we exist and we are privileged to be a part of their care.
Warm Hands Kind Hearts offers a variety of assistance and support. Just choose the services you need, and we'll take care of all the details. You will have peace of mind knowing that your personal and medical needs are in the best hands. Our attentive, competent staff will keep you comfortable and worry-free.
In 2003, we had the honor of serving Parkinson's patients in a residential setting by purchasing and providing care in an assisted living facility. Purchasing one side of a beautiful twin home was the foundation for Edina Care Residence, and it was a natural progression for our agency when we opened in September 2003. This facility gave us the ability to care for six full-time residents and/or respite care clients.
We were given the unique opportunity to purchase the other side of the Edina Care twin home residence in the Fall of 2005, thus giving us the ability to serve six additional clients and provide respite care to those in need. As we have continued to grow over the past few years, we welcomed our third facility in Golden Valley in the summer of 2006, and just purchased our fourth facility in West Bloomington that is scheduled to open Winter 2006.
We feel completely honored to meet the needs of families and individuals living with Parkinson's Disease.
