Our staff consists of professionally trained Nurses and Home Health Aides (HHA's) that are familiar with the symptoms and unique challenges of Parkinson’s Disease, and recognize the ongoing need for medication and symptoms management in Parkinson’s patients.
On-going instructional training and education is a requirement of all nursing staff. ECR is a French style twin home that sits on a one acre wooded lot in a beautiful, quiet residential neighborhood in Edina.
At Edina Care Residence I & II, we believe that Socialization & Interaction are key to the overall well being of our residents. We offer multiple activities and outings tailored to meet individual needs.

Our nurses and Home Health Aides have been specially trained and educated by the Struthers Parkinson’s Center,a nationally recognized center of excellence that offers an integrated approach to caring for those with Parkinson’s Disease. Our ongoing collaboration with Struthers offers a wonderful opportunity to develop a unique residence that addresses that overall wellness and quality of life for each resident.
To achieve this balance, we utilize the nationally renowned C.R.E.A.T.E Program at the Struthers Parkinson’s Center for most residents of Edina Care Residence.
