OUR REGISTERED NURSES

Our Nurses are required to have an RN Degree, as well as one year of Home Health Care experience and/or five years of nursing experience. They are hired based on strong case management and assessment skills.   Warm, friendly smiles are also strongly encouraged. 

OUR HOME HEALTH AIDES 

Our Home Health Aides are held to a higher standard to ensure quality care.   They are required to have at least one year of previous home health care or nursing experience.   They are also required to pass specific competency tests and are given criminal background checks.   Many of our home care staff have received advanced training in Parkinson's Training from The Struthers Parkinson's Center.

We also require our Home Health Aides to have good communication skills.   An orientation period is mandatory to ensure that every Home Health Aide is confident with their job role before placement is completed.

OUR ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF

Our administrative staff will give you honest, knowledgeable answers to all of your home health care questions.  They work closely with staff to bring accurate information to our clients and their family.   All of our Parkinson's Specialty Care Facilities provide the best of specialy trained staff members.
