WHY WEST BLOOMINGTON RESIDENCE?

Our staff consists of professionally trained Nurses and Home Health Ades (HHA's) that are familiar with the symptoms and unique challenges of Parkinson’s Disease, and recognize the ongoing need for medication and symptoms management in Parkinson’s patients. On-going instructional training and education is a requirement of all nursing staff.

At West Bloomington Residence, we believe that Socialization & Interaction are keys to the overall well being of our residents. We offer multiple activities and outings tailored to meet individual needs.

OUR STAFF

Our Nurses and Home Health Aides have been specifically trained and educated by the Struthers Parkinson's Center, a nationally recognized center of excellence that offers an integrated approach to caring for those with Parkinson's Disease.

Our ongoing collaboration with Struthers offers a wonderful opportunity to develop a unique residence that addresses the overall wellness and quality of life for each resident. To achieve this balance, we utilize the nationally renowned C.R.E.A.T.E Program at the Struthers Parkinson's Center for most residents of West Bloomington Residence.
